  • When you register as a vendor and subscribe.

  • When you update your vendor profile or dashboard.

  • Through the YITH Multi-Vendor system (which records your sales, commissions, and payouts).

  • Through our communications with you (phone, email, support tickets).

  • Automatically via cookies and analytics when you use our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal and business information to:

  • Verify your identity and set up your vendor account.

  • Provide access to your vendor dashboard.

  • Process orders, commissions, and payouts.

  • Send invoices, RCTIs (if applicable), or financial records.

  • Communicate important updates, changes to services, or policy changes.

  • Comply with Australian laws, including tax and reporting obligations.

  • Improve our systems, platform, and vendor services.
