Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days within Australia. Expedited shipping options are available upon request, and delivery times may vary.

3. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Embroidery Hub Australia ships Australia-wide. International shipping is not offered at this time.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our courier partners’ websites using the tracking information provided.

5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your items within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, holiday periods, or courier service disruptions. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.

6. Damages
